Quick Sticky Buns

Ingredients

  • 2 (7.5 ounce) cans refrigerated biscuit dough (I use Pillsbury Flakey)
  • 1 tablespoons margarine, melted (Smart Balance)
  • 1/3 cup packed light brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon Maple Syrup
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans (optional)

Directions

Preheat oven to 450.  Spray cake pan with cooking spray. Tear (raw) biscuits in half and roll into balls.  Melt margerine in medium bowl and add dough balls coating all sides.  In separate bowl combine sugar and cinnemon.  Place margerine coated balls in sugar mixture and coat. Place balls in single layer in cake pan. Drizzle tops with syrup and pecans (if desired).  Bake for 10-12 minutes.  Serve warm
